Sara is the best! She’s incredibly good at what she does and is the sweetest hairstylist. She really listens to what you want and makes sure you leave feeling happy. An absolute gem!

Terrible experience. I asked for balayage and keratin treatment, but the color is not visible at all in my hair. After washing my hair once, the keratin treatment was completely gone and my hair looked the same as before. I even posted pictures as proof. I didn’t want to show my face publicly, so I covered/cleaned my face in the pictures. First of all, according to Google it says “Besu Salon,” but the actual place is called “Balayage Studio,” which was confusing. When I initially complained, they said they would fix my hair, but later when I asked questions about the results, they started behaving very rudely. I had to visit twice, wasted my money and time, and still got no proper balayage color or keratin results. I also brought two of my friends with me, and they were not satisfied either. After washing, everything they had done disappeared for them too. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Good morning.. My Name is Angie Lopez and I was last at Balayage Studio yesterday located over at 212 3rd ace New York, Ny 10003. The ladies were amazing and very attentive and polite. Sara was amazing with my root touch up color & hair styling as well. Vanusia was also fantastic loved the way she washed my hair and treated me while I was at my appointment. Will be definitely coming back for my next hair color and root touch up. I was extremely pleased & felt very comfortable & relaxed while at my hair appointment.

I went to this salon for the very first time today and had a great experience. Patrick gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received! He listened so carefully to what I was looking for and I really appreciated his recommendations for the cut. I can tell he has a great eye for detail. He was also so naturally gentle with my sensitive scalp during washing and detangling. I’m used to just expecting some pain and discomfort when I get my hair done so it was honestly lovely to not have to feel ANY of that during the appointment. Great technique. The salon is simply beautiful and overall has just such a lovely calm atmosphere compared to other salons I’ve been too. I felt very relaxed throughout my entire appointment. The team is very warm and welcoming. The prices are not extortionate like some of the other popular salons in the city. I am looking forward to coming back to Beau and to see Patrick regularly!

Sara did an amazing job. It was my first time here and I had a great experience. I felt heard and nobody was annoyed at me asking a million questions. I’ll be back!
